In 2005, I partnered with John McDaniel and Zeno Muhl in hosting a charity art exhibit called The Discovery Exhibition. The show benefited Richcroft Inc., which is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing housing and support services for individuals with developmental disabilities. The exhibit ran from August 6th through August 13th 2005 at Gallery 31 in Westminster, Maryland. It displayed artwork from members of the Richcroft Inc. community as well as a number of local artists including many pieces from myself, McDaniel, and Muhl. With a large advertising campaign (flyers, postcards, and an on-air radio commercial) the exhibit was largley successful in helping raise a significant sum for the charity.
My work has been exhibited at the following venues:
• 2003 Towson University Student Exhibition
Holtzman Gallery, 11 April through 9 May 2003
• 2004 Towson University Student Exhibition
Towson University Union Gallery, 23 April through 15 May 2004
• 2004 Towson University Senior Exhibition
Towson Commons Gallery, 16 May through
• The Discovery Exhibition
Gallery 31 Westminster, MD. August 6 through 13, 2005
I have worked with Wallride Records on numerous design projects including work for The Mishaps album artwork, T-shirts, bumper stickers, posters and many promotional items in September 2006 and again in the fall of 2008.
In the July 2006 issue of Autograph Collector Magazine I was featured in their up and coming artist section for my adaptation of Richard Matheson's Nightmare at 20,000 Feet.
In 2007, I paired up with Zeno Muhl again on Shadow Lake: Chapter One, which is the first graphic novel in a series by The story is based around a soundtrack by Lambagram which accompanies the story. The concept is to have one track per chapter to listen to during the reading experience.
In 2009, Zeno and myself got together once again to create volume one of the classic story by H.P. Lovecraft The Dunwich Horror. Zeno adapted the story while I did all of the artwork, layout and design. The Dunwich Horror furthered our experience in the graphic novel field and lead us to our most recent collaboration for Shot In The Dark Comics. The book also allowed me to meet and submit original illustrations to Allen Koszowski for Inhuman Magazine. |
